Shipwrecks & Seagulls | Adelaide Adventures

Sunday, 24 June 2018

Hi guys!

During my last uni break (which already feels like a lifetime ago!) I took a trip to Adelaide to visit my partner's family. We spent a happy few days exploring beaches and cute little towns, eating lots of yummy food and laughing a lot. It was so lovely to spend some more time with my 'second family', and we got up to lots of adventures that I thought I'd share today.

Windin Falls Hike

Wednesday, 16 May 2018

Hi guys!
A month or two back we finally took a trip to the (in)famous Windin Falls, and I'll tell you now, it did not disappoint! For a relatively short and easy hike, it was such a gorgeous view and spot to swim, and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Brisbane Adventures

Thursday, 11 August 2016
Hey guys! Last weekend I went on a bit of a whirlwind trip all the way to Brisbane! I flew down to meet my Mum and sister for Mum's birthday, and we managed to squeeze an awful lot of exciting things into two short days...so I thought I'd tell you about some of the things I got up to!

I caught a flight down early (VERY early!) on Saturday morning. My plane got in a couple of hours before my family's so I just sat in a cafe and did some study while I waited for them to arrive... #medstudentlife

After I'd met up with my fam, we went out for lunch at the Pig n Whistle (10/10 would recommend!) The food was amazing, and I also discovered that Rekorderlig strawberry lime cider is amazing! Unfortunately I also discovered that there's 1.6 standard drinks in a bottle after I'd finished it and was decidedly giggly (ok not really that unfortunate haha!)

Magnetic Island Adventures

Friday, 9 October 2015
Last week I spent three days exploring the beautiful Magnetic Island with my family and had the most wonderful time full of sunshine and curious wildlife! I thought I'd share a couple of pictures of my adventures with you all here.
Getting blown away on the ferry
We found Dory!
We got the ferry over to 'Maggie' (as the locals call it) on Friday morning. The trip was a very picturesque 40 minutes, it was a gorgeously sunny day and I could not have been happier to be escaping Uni with my family!
