England Adventures | London

Monday 9 January 2017
Hi guys! I hope you're having a very happy January so far! Mine has been filled with lots of travelling, family time and laughter and I'm feeling very grateful. Since the middle of December my family have been travelling on a grand trip around England, enjoying the cold and Christmas vibes while visiting friends and chasing down some family history. Our first week of the trip was spent exploring London in the lead up to Christmas and I thought I'd share a few photos from our adventures so far.

One of my main highlights of our time in London was the Natural History Museum, as I'm a huge Dinosaur fan and have been looking forward to going there for years! When I was about 5 years old my goal in life was to become a Palaeontologist and work at the Natural History Museum, so I definitely owed it to younger Kate to spend a morning there.

Finally got my Starbucks Red Cup!

The most London scene you ever did see- Harrods Christmas Lights!

I hope you enjoyed this little photo diary of London at Christmas time! One week is nowhere near enough to see everything in this magical city, I seem to have ticked off a few things and added twice as many to my list! Hopefully I'll be back sometime soon to explore even more.

Photo credit for several of these goes to my 'little' sister/official Insta photographer Maya, who has recently got Instagram and you should definitely go follow!

Keep your eyes peeled for my adventures in Newcastle very soon!

  3. I love this post so much! London looks beautiful at christmas time, I went once a few years ago but I'd love to go again. These photos are also beautiful, especially the top one. (I'd love it if you did a post on photography tips? You're so good at it!) Can't wait to see more posts about your grand tour, it sounds like so much fun!
